I got this wooden massager to help break up the Fascia/cellulite on my saddlebags/outer thighs. Ive read that cellulite is just fibrous connective cords that tether the skin to the underlying muscle, with the fat lying between and that you can help break them up by rolling one of this types of tools over it. Ive just started using it so I know it will take a while of continuous use to get results but I can already feel that its working. But beware if you bruise easily. This will cause some bruising depending on how much pressure you use. Definitely recommend this product.

I got this massager because its good as a manual massager and also good for lymphatic drainage. Its curved in the middle which makes it good for the different curves of the body. its long enough to stretch across your back, move smooth, and helps relieve tension and get the blood circulating. I recommend!
I absolutely love this wooden roller! I have friend that does wood therapy and lipo Cultivation on me and getting this, I am now able to learn and do some wood work on my stomach and problem areas on myself!Been using this while watching you tube to help massage, increase blood flow, reduce cellulite, and help reduce bloating on my body. The first time I did it especially on my stomach, the next day my stomach felt so much lighter and less bloated!I intend to purchase and expand more into my collection to cater to certain parts of my body.
