I am going from liquid black seed oil to capsules. So yours are my 1st attempt to do this. I have gotten used to the taste of the liquid. ( not an easy task by the way ) I just find it inconvenient. I have about a week left with the liquid form. So will really not be able to offer an honest opinion for another month or so. But the purchasing experience was great!!! Easy web site to navigate. If you need to boost your immune system this is IT!!! I was sick and I heard about this product and I am a firm believer of don't knock it until you research it. So I dug around and read up on it and brought it at the vitamin shopp at first. It did wonders for me and I decided to be a diva and save a few bucks as well and ordered om AMAZON and here we are getting it at the door and being healthy and stuff!
