Wooden Fascia Massage Roller Trigger Points for Release Sore Muscle

This totally got rid of my plantar fasciitis! Using the porcupine roller every night before bed and as I got up every morning, coupled with the roller as needed throughout the day for a few weeks has made my constant foot pain disappear! Now I only occasionally need a good rolling if I've overdone it and stressed out or over-worked my feet.

After years of having plantar fasciitis symptoms, especially after very long walks, and trying all sorts of different shoes advertised as being helpful, I tried the wood roller and within a couple of weeks the symptoms were amazingly relieved. Just a few minutes of firmly but not painfully rolling on the tender spots a couple of times a day apparently improves the tendon flexibility enough to make a very big difference.

I suffer from PT. I had resigned myself to buying expensive arch supports and constant foot pain. This roller and ball have helped me loosen my tendons and walk without special supports and without pain. I use the ball and roller three times a day. Each time massaging my foot with the ball and roller for about five minutes while I sit and read. I also have built a foot ramp, ( a piece of plywood that is supported by a 2x4 on one edge), that I stand on for about ten minutes at a time twice a day. I keep this ramp and the ball and roller beside my computer desk and can do any of these activities while doing research on my computer. The ball is harder than I expected it to be and took me a while to adjust to compared to the tennis ball I used to use. The tennis ball would slip and roll across the floor. This ball grabs in and doesn't take off and ;leave me. I wish the roller was a little larger in diameter, (I do have large feet), but over all I am very pleased with my results and recommend these products.

I got one of these sets for my father and then a few days later I got a set for his friend. They work well, doing exactly as expected. I see pictures of the spiky ball splitting at the seam, we haven't had that problem and all I can say is, you're not supposed to stand on it. My father is in a wheelchair do to severe RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) he can barely feel his feet and has serious issues with water filling up his feet and ankles even while taking diuretics/water pills like Lasix. This set has been wonderful for him and has actually caused his feet to get some feeling again. He does his routine while sitting and watching TV. Be careful not to do it too much and drink lots of water to flush (pee) out the toxins that are released, just like after a massage. Otherwise you could cause yourself to get really sick/ill do to those toxins having nowhere to go except back into your system. Drink lots of water! We were very pleased with this product and it was delivered on time.

I was a bit skeptical because of some of the negative reviews but I am pretty impressed with this massager. It does what it says. I don't like that it squeaks a bit but it's not a deal breaker.
